Grace

Associate Counsellor

The thought of attending counselling may bring up several feelings, thoughts or experiences for you. You may be experiencing some difficulties and unsure if this is the space for you. This is why you coming to counselling is the first step of your journey towards unravelling the tangles that life can bring.

My name is Grace, and I'm a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. As your counsellor, I will walk at your side along this journey and work with you in a way that is tailored to you as an individual. Therapy can be like unboxing a puzzle, sometimes not knowing where to start when we are looking at the pieces scattered in front of us. Sometimes we find we may require some support finding which pieces go where.

I can offer a safe space to share parts of you that will be seen and heard. I have worked with clients experiences including: grief, relationships, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, trauma and neurodivergence. My work often is in-depth, but I can work with both mid and long term therapy.
